Fees & service information

Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the authorization/contract. Late payments may result in a delay of services and are subject to a late fee.

Appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Missed appointments and late cancellations will be handled according to the applicable authorization, contract, and funding requirements. Boomerang Enterprises LLC will not bill for missed or cancelled services unless such billing is expressly permitted by the applicable authorization or contract. 

All client information will be kept confidential in accordance with applicable privacy laws, agency requirements, and professional ethics. 

Services do not include, unless separately authorized and provided by appropriately qualified professionals:

• Psychotherapy
• Medical Treatment
• Occupational Therapy
• Speech-Language Therapy
• Behavior Analysis
• Diagnosis
• Medication Management
• Transportation
• Personal care requiring a licensed/certified provider
• Emergency/Crisis Intervention
