Mrs. Danecia Page, Founder & CEO, Boomerang Enterprises LLC
Danecia Page is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Boomerang Enterprises LLC, a Delaware-based enterprise committed to building people, strengthening communities, and creating opportunities for meaningful growth.
Driven by a passion for helping people recognize their potential and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, Danecia initially founded Boomerang Community Outreach, Inc. a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization May 15, 2020, that helps individuals, children, and families navigate through adversity and hardship. While the nonprofit organization continues in full operation, Danecia recently shifted and founded Boomerang Enterprises with a vision of creating practical, person-centered solutions that meet people where they are and help them move forward.
Her entrepreneurial vision brings together her commitment to personal development, life skills, community support, leadership, and empowerment. Through Boomerang Enterprises, she is building an organization designed not only to provide services, but to create opportunities for individuals and communities to grow, develop, and thrive.
The company's first fee-for-service initiative, Boomerang Community Solutions, reflects Danecia's belief that meaningful change often begins with practical support. Through individualized services, skill development, goal setting, resource navigation, and community connection, Boomerang Community Solutions is designed to help individuals build greater confidence, capability, and independence.
Danecia has successfully completed her Bachelor's Degree in Rehabilitation Services from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, has professionally built a career in counseling and case management for over 10 years including experience in the Division of Social Services and Foster Care departments for the State of Maryland and other foster care agencies. Danecia serves as a Board of Directors Secretary for the 4TROY Foundation, Inc., raising awareness of Sickle Cell and Renal Medullary Carcinoma Cancer. Currently, Danecia is pursuing professional development in life coaching, further strengthening her ability to support individuals in identifying goals, developing actionable plans, and moving toward the lives they envision for themselves.
At the heart of Danecia's leadership philosophy is the idea behind the Boomerang name: what we pour into people has the potential to come back around---not only in our own lives, but through the people and communities we impact.

Alongside Danecia's professional career, she is a devoted woman of faith and committed serving member to her church; Kingdom Life Family Ministries where the leaders are Apostle Dr. Helena and Pastor Hayward Bailey; 2 of her greatest supporters and partners. Danecia is a loving wife, mother, and only child to her own mother, Dorcia Martin to whom Danecia dedicates all of her success and gratitude to for raising her to be the distinguished woman she is today. Danecia enjoys quiet moments by the water, writing poetry and journaling, and is an avid believer in unconditional love and family time.
Through Boomerang Enterprises LLC, Danecia is building more than a business. She is building a platform for service, empowerment, opportunity, and community impact.
